Nemtek Returns Policy

Section 2: Eligibility for Returns
- Change of Mind Returns: Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included. Opened packaging may result in a partial refund or restocking fee.
- Defective or Damaged Goods: If your product is defective or arrives damaged, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to notify us. We will cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.
- Incorrect Item: If we send you the wrong item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt. The incorrect item must remain unused and in its original packaging. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost, including return shipping for the incorrect item.

- Packaging: Place the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, including all accessories and documentation.

- For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange for a courier to collect the item.

- We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method for returns and keeping the tracking number for your records. NEMTEK.co.za is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit when the customer arranges their own shipping.

- Processing Time: Refunds for eligible returns are processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless the customer requests otherwise.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for change-of-mind returns, depending on the condition of the returned item. This fee does not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
